Many phenomena, such as dampness and humidity, appear easily in the property’s basement carparks. Under wet circumstances, especially in the basement carparks, the LED tubes might not operate normally. It also leads to short circuits and other adverse phenomena. If the property doesn’t replace the tube in time, it might bring inconvenience to the community’s owner because of the broken lighting. The waterproof microwave-wave sensor light is a new smart, energy-saving LED luminaire. By using the principle of the Doppler effect, each waterproof microwave sensor light is controlled separately. There is no obvious moving object (person or car), and the waterproof light with microwave sensor will be in a slightly bright power-saving state, which not only meets the brightness requirements of security monitoring lighting but also saves electricity fees greatly. When a moving object is detected by the microwave sensor, the waterproof light will work at full power in its corresponding area. The sensing area will remain constantly on until the moving object walks away. About 30 seconds later, the waterproof light will automatically return to the light-saving state.
